Akeru Rudti, twin lions of the horizons. Hieroglyphs represent the 8 Egyptian souls: the khat soul (mummy, corpse), the shadow soul, the heart soul (intelligence), the ka soul that returns to the tomb to receive offerings, the Sahu Orion soul that travels the night sky, the ba soul that is glorious, and the most enlightened soul--the Akh soul which becomes a star in the heavens.
